New Account Sales Representative – Managed Services

OBJECTIVE:

Prospect new accounts to sell Link’s Managed Services – branded as “NetCare Managed Services”.

BACKGROUND:

Link has been providing managed services under the brand name of “NetCare Managed Services” since 2010. Link is now a successful and established “Managed Services Provider” in the region. A complete portfolio of managed services offerings is available with the necessary contracts along with technical support and local “Help Desk”.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect on a daily/weekly basis to set up customer meetings to present Link’s “Managed Services Portfolio.
    – Must achieve minimum daily and weekly prospecting activity
  • Participate in team meetings and activities to drive new business
  • Support marketing efforts of the Managed Services Team
  • Generate proposals and close business to achieve an assigned MRR (monthly recurring revenue) Quota
  • Coordinate with the Network Service Team/VP for custom quotes or project services quotes
  • Document all sales activities and documents in the CRM system
  • Meet weekly with your “Sales Manager” to review activity, pipeline and other sales issues
  • Travel in the assigned sales territory, as required
  • Transition customers to an “Account Manager” after the initial contracts are consummated
  • Engage “Inside Sales” or the assigned “Account Manager” for any hardware opportunities
